RotorRC.com is not a warranty repair center or manufacturer for any of the RC products we sell. Your products are subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty & repair policy. Rotor RC assumes no liability either expressed or implied for any manufacturer defect, or damages as a result of the use or misuse of their products.
Defects found after the product has been installed or has been in use are covered under the explicit terms of the specific manufacturer's warranty and need to be claimed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. These items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s/distributor’s discretion. You must send us your battery (you pay shipping) to us for evaluation. We will make the determination to repair or replace at our discretion based upon our testing. You may be required to pay a portion of the replacement pack, should we determine it was not properly cared for.
Packs that have been abused, over-discharged, neglected, or poorly soldered will not qualify for warranty replacement.
Promo and/or freebies which have be issued at events do not qualify for any warranty services.
